Lottery

Hello,
Has anyone there heard of the UK national lottery out of Liverpool? I was sent an e-mail (I live in the States) stating I had won 250 million sterling from a lottery drawn on 1-27-06 which was conneted to my e-mail address, I have only been involed with the Rye message board since the summer. I am sure it is a scam but if someone could confirm this I would be thankful, yours truly, Randy Tiltman. [email protected]
