Garden explorer club
Great Dixter is launching a new carer and toddler group. Based in the education centre at Dixter Farm and in the garden and woodland. Garden explorers will run each Friday morning between 9:30 and 11:30, starting in the new year.
Sessions will vary from week to week. Some will take place in Dixter’s private woodland following Forest School principles, with fires, shelter building and sensory activities. Others will be based in the garden and at Dixter Farm including arts and crafts, vegetable growing and eating, minibeast hunts and cooking. There will be stories, songs and lots of active adventure.
Garden explorers is suitable for toddlers aged 2-4
Includes a drink and a healthy snack
Each session costs £5.00 per child or £25.00 per term per child. Accompanying adults are free. Siblings are half price.
