The Old Vicarage

My name is Simon Kenward, my wife Tracey and I are the current
owners of The Old Vicarage at Rye Harbour. We have just completed two years
of refurbishments to the house and have now re opened as of January 2012 as
Bed and Breakfast accommodation. We look forward to sharing the character
and sights of Rye Harbour and welcome guests both past and new to the house.

Does anyone know the status of The Old Vicarage at Rye Harbour? It used to do B&B but the last I heard (2005) it was not doing so. Information would be gratefully received.
