Eagle Villa is a spacious 3-bed Victorian house, just steps from the Landgate arch and Rye’s many attractions, yet in a quiet location with allocated parking.

The house is only five minute’s walk to Rye’s supermarket and train station, and to the start of several bridle ways and walking tracks into the surrounding countryside. It really is an ideal base for exploring Rye and this beautiful part of the world, with its spectacular castles, dramatic coastline and rolling green countryside.

The house is very tastefully decorated and well equipped with all conveniences such as microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, DVD player, freeview etc. The rooms are all large, light and airy and there is a pretty south-facing garden with barbecue and patio furniture.

All three bedrooms can sleep up to two adults, two having king sized beds, and one with a double bed. All rooms have space for a cot, and we do provide a travel cot free of charge, along with bedding. The largest bedroom is up a second (quite steep) flight of stairs and occupies the whole top floor of the house.

The lounge-dining room is open plan, with a very well-equipped kitchen leading off. There is an open log fireplace in the lounge, although of course the house is centrally heated!

We provide basics such as tea, coffee, washing up liquid, handwash, dishwasher tabs etc, so you don’t need to stock up the moment you arrive.


Children

Eagle Villa is very suitable for families. A cot, highchair, changing mat, baby bouncer, portable stairgate and a selection of toys are provided free of charge. All bedrooms have blackout blinds or curtains.

Rye and area offers plenty to entertain children with a good play park 2 minutes from the house, swimming pool, softplay centres, steam railway, children’s farm, family-friendly restaurants, beaches and much more.

Whether you’re a couple wanting a romantic break in lovely surroundings, a party attending a wedding or exploring the area, or a family, Eagle Villa is ideally placed to suit your needs.
