To the rear of the Standard Inn pub is the restaurant which has a much lighter feel.

Originally living quarters for landlords and more recently a games room, it was converted in July 2006 to accommodate a non-smoking dining room.

Using furniture, fittings and hand made linens from local traders, the room very much holds the character of Rye and its ambience lends itself well to the 'casual fine dining' ethos behind our food.

This 24 seat room works well for private functions and can be booked subject to availability.
