A one-bedroom apartment (sleeps two) on the first floor of this private riverfront complex, the Boathouse boasts unrivalled views from every window- from the bedroom you can see the Castle and the church clocktower, whilst the living room offers views over the marshes out towards the sea, not to mention the river, with boats going by at high tide plus all sorts of wildlife arriving depending on the tide. With a private quayside beach, you can sit on the riverside and just watch the world go by.

The apartment is beautifully equipped with a brand new bathroom including a Power Shower, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, cooker and microwave and everything you could need to have a carefree break from routine. If you fancy a cuppa when you arrive, you will find our Welcome Pack (bread, milk, tea, coffee and cereal) ready and waiting for you to put the kettle on.

Whether you want to watch the boats go by with the French doors open, read a book to the sound of the river flowing by outside or just want to lie on the sofa whilst watching TV (we have a digital Freeview box so you won't miss out on the latest programmes!) you will not be disappointed.

You will have a reserved parking spot outside the Boathouse (not many people in Rye can say that!) so you can set out on any number of excursions to Battle, Hastings, Camber Sands - even France isn't far away!
