Oaklands is set within the seclusion of its own large garden surrounded by fields and open countryside. Unwind in the Garden Room with views over the Tillingham Valley and to the sea - whatever the weather. There are also several sitting areas around the garden to relax in, and a croquet lawn for the more energetic. Easy access to footpaths/bridleways which lead to Rye, Rye Harbour, Winchelsea, Hastings and beyond.
Our luxurious en-suite rooms are furnished for guests' comfort with thoughtful extras to make their stay special. There is also a small fridge in each bedroom. Hearty breakfasts using locally sourced produce wherever possible, including free-range eggs and our own home-made bread and preserves - our damsons only travel 40 yards from tree to table! Special diets catered for.
