Sitting/Dining Room/Kitchen is very light and spacious with light laminate flooring and the kitchen area has a breakfast bar with two stools, electric oven and hob with extractor hood, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, plenty of worktop space and units well stocked with quality kitchen utensils. The living area has a black leather double sofabed, tub chair, small dining table and four chairs, Flat screen TV/DVD. French door opens out onto large balcony with table, parasol and four chairs - incredible views!

Shower Room is fully tiled with power shower, heated towel rail, washbasin and w.c.

Parking: Directly outside the building. The beach car park is locked on Friday and Saturday evenings from 8pm and on Sunday if followed by a Bank Holiday.
Heating: Electric heating.
Notes: The apartment is suitable for 2 adults and one child - an additional £50 charge per week is applied for use of the sofabed. May be booked in conjunction with RH1096. 1 DOG ACCEPTED OCTOBER-FEBRUARY ONLY
