Rye Arts Club t/a Galerie du Cygne is an association aimed at promoting and encouraging the fine and decorative arts by affording artists and artisans the opportunity to exhibit high quality pieces in the gallery. Its uniqueness lies in the ability to experience the pulse of domestic life alongside the works of art. There is a sense of "open house" allowing people to drop by, contemplate, have a glass of wine and watch the light change against the backdrop of paintings, pots and sculptures. Galerie du Cygne plans to organise exhibitions and musical soirees throughout the year and welcomes artists and musicians to apply.
